• Lodging of complain by client i.e: of any confidential enquiries of the assignment.
• Client’s at first, seeking consultation should specify place of consultancy – Indoor or Outdoor. If outdoor notify actual place of consultation.
• Consultancy charges Rs.2500/- for indoor and Rs. 3000/- for outdoor in around Kolkata only. on the fees will increase outside Kolkata depending upon place and distance adjustable with at the time of contract
• Clients are required to fill in the contract form with signature, valid documents, names, address and signature of witness.
• Issues of consent letter as authorised authority to the company is precondition for enquiry.
• 85% of service charges payable in advance and balance on conclusion of enquiry or job.
• GST @ 18% on Total Amount.

• Payment should be made by A/c payee Cheque/D.D. In favour of M/S Focus Detective Services to S.B.I., Cossipore Branch Current A/c No. 31484266640 or in favour of Purusattam Dutta, S.B.I., Cossipore Branch, S.B.A/c No. 10774689460, or UBI, B.T.Road Branch Current A/C No. 0397050012458 in favour of M/S Focus Detective Services.
• Stopping of work in midway or in incomplete condition, it would attract the balance amount of money as per contract.
• Period of Enquiry/ Investigation depending upon nature of job and it may be extended from 7 to 60 days and/or may be extended as per discussion.
• Temporary suspension of Surveillance/Enquiry/Investigation may follow due to cause of almighty – natural calamities, catastrophe & circumstantial inconvenience.
• If the service as requested by you/client to the Detective Agency, could not fulfilled, whatever the reason may be, and in such failure the Agency and/or Private Detective hired will not be liable. It is hereby agreed that in such case
of failure no remuneration, paid in advance, would be refunded. Further more the entire fees as agreed upon would have to be paid in full.
